The legacy of Esperion is The Scientific Hiring Process. The company has a skeleton sales team compared to the overblown bunch of misfits that were hired before the launch. That was with every castoff, pharma gifted that was out there was welcomed into the company. What a team that was!
Saban hired Jim McElwain from Fresno State. He hired Doug Nussmeier from Washington. They were not considered elite, just dudes that were pretty decent at their job. Alabama won 3 national titles with them.
Did Saban use The Scientific Interview process with those coaches.
