At least with Novartis you know where you stand in the interview process. They don't fly across the country and demand you bring your business plans, contact lists and lunch calenders and put you in a two star hotel . Then conduct a clown show interview with the interviewers feverishly writing everything you say and tape recording it also. Then after being told for weeks that your the #1 candidate and the interview is only a formality your told to sit tight at the hotel to interview with the VP's. But wait!! Your phone rings and it's the travel agent telling you to head to the airport and you'll be contacted when you get home( which you weren't). Now does that sound like what Novartis did???? Highly doubt it.

It's a thing of beauty watching this company Circle the Drain. I'll never forget the arrogant asshole managers at the cattle call interviews. Totally in over their heads with no success track record. The clamoring never started as CB and the rest got shown the door. Good Riddance.
Stock getting pummeled again this morning. $3.92! Very flaccid and pathetic. Stock options are worthless in value.
