If CG compared sensitivity and specificity, they’d lose. CG just uses the passive aggressive approach and goes after colonoscopy with everything EXCEPT the quality of the screen….all while pretending that they’re pro-colonoscopy. Like this post stated when it started, Exact doesn’t give a fuck about patients. They’d rather dissuade them from getting a screening test that provides better results than CG does. Pathetic.

You’re just running your mouth. I see that you had nothing to say except name calling. Everyone knows that ES openly tells customers that patients shouldn’t do a colonoscopy unless CG comes back positive. You’re actively encouraging physicians to skip a better screening method to use CG, and then if it comes up positive (only about 3% of the time is it really even colorectal cancer), then the patient can be on the hook for a few grand to be told they have polyps…which they could have uncovered and treated for free if they’d just gotten the colonoscopy in the first place. ES is a piece of shit company, filled with people that will do and say anything to get patients to use CG, including openly bashing colonoscopy. Just own it and quit acting like you aren’t snake oil salesmen. You’re trying to pretend that you’re moral and altruistic, when you’re just a bunch of money grubbing whores. At least be honest with yourself.

We never position CG above CS and we never have. There’s no point in doing so. Non-invasive screening will always be tied to follow-up CS, no matter whether it’s a FOBT+F/U CS, FIT+F/U CS, or CG+F/U CS.
