What is it with you and Trump? You coined the phrase "trumpy trump" and you're the only one talking about him on this thread, which must make you super popular at the Whole Foods in Portland, but where does the last president factor in to not being about a woke agenda being forced down our collective throat by a company leadership who would better serve its employees (shareholders) by not mismanaging funds?

Ok, so the company is run by woke executives and is pursuing a woke agenda. Are you going to just keep complaining about that or leave and feel better about the place you work? Exact is not going to change to suit you, so do yourself a favor and leave.
 






All this back and forth is so stupid when we are all being laid off in a month. You should be spending your time and energy updating your resume and calling your network!

I think that’s the whole idea. People are leaving the company because KC is putting politics ahead of patient care. You can be “woke” and still recognize what a bad idea that is. The question you have to answer is whether or not your political ideology is more important to you than working for a company who puts patients first. It’s a damn shame. We should all be disgusted, regardless of your political affiliation.

This company does not put patients first. Just look at the CVA that bashes colonoscopy, yet still claims we don’t compete against the gold standard. Oh and leadership who condones sending out unvetted rescreens because the patient is “probably” still average risk.

I think that was the point of the post you responded to. Exact is VERY concerned about grandstanding on social justice issues, but not so much on actually taking care of patients.
