EPBU- 2016 contract status

You have to re-examine working for a company that tells you your contract has been renewed until 6/17 and six weeks later tells you its over 6/16. NO COMPANY SWITCHES PLANS ON SOMETHING THIS LARGE IN A MONTH!
They lied to us for fear productivity would suffer for a couple of months.
Never mind you lost opportunities, made vacation plans, made purchases in April you could have put off, etc.
I would not have paid for camps if I knew I'd be home for the summer.

Truly shows concern for their people.

It's not just this company. It's across the board. Still, not a whole lot of respect or loyalty points for Publiçis or Merck. And not a long term formula for success.

i agree on everything you said except these words in caps. You just have to look at the boards of Pdi, Inventiv, and Quintiles to see this is usually quite common practice with CSOs. It's out of the classic CSO playbook. They all dangle that carrot of an extended contract but then as the real day of reckoning approaches, they suddenly and unexpectedly drop the bomb .
