I just declined the offer today. All I've read is negative commentary and it seems by the time you are out of training mid Feb., you are in your territory all of 5 months and it ends if not rolled over......sounds too dicey to me.[/QUOT

It would be great if the contract gets rolled into direct hire. However, I would not anticipate ALL reps being automatically rolled in. I foresee current PDI territories getting larger is most cases. No more calling on dead wood. Expand the geographies where feasible and eliminate some rep headcount.

What state were you interviewing for? I'm trying to decide if i should make the same decision. I saw alot of vacancies across the country.
