Entresto Contract

How exactly did he lie to all of us? Don't get me wrong, this is the worst contract I've ever been on but how did they lie?

Well for starters they wouldn't even tell us who the contract was w/, don't buy into the hype that they were going to risk the signing. Second, they did not tell us we were actually going through a 6 week initial training program when Paradisio kept claiming that 70% had over 10 years experience. We all thought the training was going to be like AZ. Third, although they said the word program, no one thought it was going to be to the level and that is being asked of us. Finally, we all thought that we were going to be responsible for our calls and a few lunches. It turned into being responsible for KPI's and everything plus more than the NVS reps. Would you have signed on if Frank said you are going to required to do everything PLUS that the NVS rep is doing for 30/40% less money? HE and CEDRIC took advantage of us and lied.

They lied to the RC's too. RC's thought they were actually going to be Managers...they have been reduced to Admin Assistants.

You accepted the position not knowing who it was, they were upfront about that, I don't know how that's considered lying. The thing is you agreed to take this job, they didn't SAY it was going to be just like AZ, you assumed that. Training comes with any job, you would've declined if you knew that it was 6 weeks? I doubt it, because you needed a job just like the rest of us.

I'm not arguing any of your above points, we all don't like what's being asked, but to say they LIED is inaccurate. Misled? Possibly. No two contacts are alike, it is what it is, you don't like it then leave. They never said you'll be responsible for your calls and that's it. They never said you don't have to do dinner programs. If they had, that would've been lying.

Stop whining.

Misled is lied to, no? And you expect your employer to not take advantage of you and bargin for you in good faith. Would you work for someone who "Misleads" you? Yes, I would have declined it had I known it was initial sales training. I actually thought the 10 days in Orlando was going to be split up between a Novartis National Meeting Yah, Yah meeting (5 Days) and being qualified on the Sales Detail etc (2-3 days) but had to stay over a weekend. Dinner programs were mentioned, no one is arguing that. 1 or 2 would have been reasonably agreed to but again that was not the case and neither were all the KPI's. Lied to..or Misled slice it any way you want.

Misled: How about that....LIE...

deceive, delude, take in, lie to, fool, hoodwink, throw off the scent, pull the wool over someone's eyes, misguide, misinform, give wrong information to;

You should check your dictionary Lied is the same as Misled. Probably why your opinion of the contract is different from others.

Seems to me if you put half that effort into finding a new job, instead of trying to define how pdi has done you so wrong, you'd be much happier.

Please grow up, people. The PDI Regional Managers are evaluated in part on retention within their region. Of course, they're going to tell us that NVS is going to roll us in at a huge salary bump. My RM told me a few months back that it would be in April or July. However, Alecia got up in front of all of us and basically told us that is not the case. If you were listening well, as you should be as a rep, she said that either the contract ends in July or it's renewed until December. That would be just like NVS, to renew it til Dec, right before the holidays, and lay all PDI reps off. Hopefully, I will be out of here by that time.

If the above is true then the warts coast region RCM and Novartis manager get zero lots of vacancies, nobody want to work for either of them so what's the saying.... if you give nothing you get nothing

If the above is true then the west coast publicis regional manager and Novartis ABL's get zero lots of vacancies, poor reputations, nobody wants to work for either of them so what's the saying.... mine is "if you give nothing you get nothing in return"

I agree they lied to us from day one said there were existing CV1 and CV2 in place and our job was to help them its in the letter that was sent out from Cedric.
Novo put job listings on indeed within 2 weeks of us signing on. PDI made money taking qualified experienced people like us off the market and yes it was an intentional covert action

Yes, who knew we were actually going to make up 1/2 of every NVS district?
