Entresto Contract

Please grow up, people. The PDI Regional Managers are evaluated in part on retention within their region. Of course, they're going to tell us that NVS is going to roll us in at a huge salary bump. My RM told me a few months back that it would be in April or July. However, Alecia got up in front of all of us and basically told us that is not the case. If you were listening well, as you should be as a rep, she said that either the contract ends in July or it's renewed until December. That would be just like NVS, to renew it til Dec, right before the holidays, and lay all PDI reps off. Hopefully, I will be out of here by that time.

Well if you were listening carefully you would've heard her say there will be news in about two weeks. I happen to agree with you that we won't be rolled in. We shall see.

Alert to all PDI reps!! When you are on a Monday morning conference call or any c/c for that matter w/ NVS know that at any time COMPLIANCE and Regional Managers maybe secretly listening in!!! Don't talk unless you have too... ALSO, the TXT Messages that ABLS so love to send are NON-COMPLIANT... 1st, the GroupMe or WhatUp app are Not NVS approved, 2.) When texting a success story it has to be fair balanced too so all those txt'd success stories are NON-Compliant. Don't txt a thing...w/ NVS to be safe.

PDI managers, leaders and ABL's are the worst I have ever experienced working for a contract organization, they don't listen, provide zero support, lie to protect their jobs and ruin your reputation and continue to benefit from the gravy train while we make decisions on paying bills, food or medicine to survive on this BS of a poverty salary while Novartis reps earn 20-40 k more annually
And yes we are their whores and they get it all the salary, bonus and kudos!

As long as you were employed on 12/31 you get the bonus whether you leave now or not.

Although they tried to address the current situation as best as they could by saying it's being addressed, they have no intention of addressing it at all. The first Chica that spoke (Molly Monihan or what ever) basically said that they are going to ramp up the torture w/ Mentors, More Coaching and being treated like a child. Really? Your turnover is going to continue...so what do you do for an encore? You "F" w/ the BONUS and say your not going to pay it on time!! Brilliant!! You think that pissed the entire underpaid sales force off?? I thought we were all hired into this contract because we had a great deal of experience. .?? Hey Cedric!! In What alternate universe do you live? Why would we Experienced Reps signed up for this contract by doing the same, if not more work than NVS make 50% Less than NVS and being treated like a child? You and Frankie LIED to all of us plain and simple about what was expected w/ this contract. You even LIED to the RC's!! and you wonder why turn over is high? Let us help you out.. Let us do our job and have NVS leave us alone just like the AZ contract then your turnover will be fine. OR, Tell in coming Reps that this is a entry level, new Pharm Rep Job. Until then WE WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE...And to the TWO "Dbags" that talked about Context/Content...guys...the drug has been out for 2 Years and has done little to nothing...besides.. Cedric likes Blondes...

Finally, Every person on this board will warn every decent potential future employee that working for PDI/NVS is the worst decision you will ever make.
