Enough already - announce the overlay hires





some displaced reps have already received offers? I haven't heard anything. My assumption was that BI would be extending offers to everyone who was displaced that wanted to fill the open territories. Anyone heard either way?
 




Maybe you could call the manager who interviewed you and ask about a date. I did that early last week and she said it would be soon - then she called me with an offer Friday. Best to you. Waiting is the worst.

I don't know who Randolph Legg is but that is not correct because there are diabetes positions that were filled with Ashfield and I know of 2 openings that came open and were immediately filled with Ashfield.
 




Randolph legg is east coast VP or whatever they call that now. Well some areas are filling the new diabetes overlay with BI and replacing openings that have occurred due to people leaving with displaced BI reps. Different areas must be doing things differently?

The manager in Pittsburgh is going around lying, saying that no BI reps applied for the overlay position or the open diabetes job. But yeah, that's just what she does. And management was dumb enough to keep her around!
 




Qualified displaced BI reps were not given priority over Ashfield for overlay spots in some areas. Upper management lied and wasted people's time to then just hire Ashfield anyway. You want to save money and use contract reps? Fine. Just be honest and stop trying to look like you're doing the right thing. Transparent as dirty water. Move on from this sinking ship.

How can the manager lie about it. Either BI reps applied via the job board or they didn't. It's on record?!?!

"Wasting time", because you know clicking a mouse to upload a resume is a real long process. They should think about that befor wasting your time - maybe have it on file I guess. You're a joke.
 




I heard that some solid displaced reps in western pa interviewed for overlay and open positions. Chose Ashfield instead? Way to treat your employees with respect BI.
Looks like the manager cleaned house. Just because those reps thought they were good doesn't mean the manager should. Move on, the event is over and go find work elsewhere.
