Enbrel ex-McKinsey nerd

I have heard Jay repeatedly say that Janis Naeve should not leading Amgen ventures. He thinks she doesn’t have his blend of science, clinical, commercial and BD expertise. He thinks Amgen ventures should be led him and fully funded. He is counting the days to leave the Enbrel mess now that he can see he was the brand lead for a $4B drug even if he has no accomplishments and the brand continues to decline.

A reminder to Jay of everything he is not

Jay is jealous of Amit. Perhaps if he was less of back stabbing prick he wouldn’t have a thread all about him

He's called Georgia Tech an overrated Tier 3 science school that gets elevated because it's the only half-way decent school in the South. He has praised himself multiple times since MIT and the Scripps Research Institutes Chemistry department are top 3 internationally.

At least that’s better than the community college / advanced high school pedigree he’s seen in the Enbrel sales force. If they weren’t smart enough or worked hard enough to get into an elite University like him, they all must be lazy over paid food caterers. That’s why Enbrel isn’t growing in his watch, it’s somebody else’s fault.

In all my years in Pharma, I’ve never seen anymore more beat down on this website than this man. You would have thought he was some asshole CEO, not some middle manager. Funny how once one person comes forward, the whole woodwork comes out like he’s the Pharma version of Harvey Weinstein.

I guess his parents never told him to treat others like you would like to be treated. Being smarter than others doesn’t mean you are a better person, and more deserving to live any other. It’s sad that humility, empathy and compassion are no longer pillars of our society. Selfishness and obtaining achievements to satisfy ones inflated ego is far worse disease killing mankind than high cholesterol or cancer.

Several brothers at Sigma Chi at MIT never fully trusted him. He never did anything major, but whether he knew it or not, he's thrown some of his brothers under the bus to save face for himself on several occasions. The core of most people never change.

a true testament of your character is howany people defend you or the lack of it.

No support for Jay shows how true many of the things that were said about him.

He should just go back to McKinsey so he is no long surround by stupid unpedigreed people

Math skills and memorizing chemical reactions does not make leadership skills. You can’t teach empathy and if you lack it, there is no quick fix. Like the say, once a cheater always a cheater. Same with a sociopath.
