All of McKinsey is filled with yes men. McKinsey is nothing more than an extension of management that finds the right data and analysis under the guise of objectivity to justify management decisions.
This man is nothing more than the Amgen version of Steve Bannon.
The right side is what JC will never be. He has the ego of Donald Trump.
I worked at McKinsey and overlapped with the aforementioned person this thread is referring to. I was alerted to it by another former McKinsey colleague and can validate the essence that JC is a career climbing sociopath. He's great with bosses and executives because he caters to their whims due to his lack of having a vertebrae. While I believe he is intelligent and competent, his selfish and arrogant nature is why he lacks true leadership ability. I'm surprised he even made it to a junior partner.

He was a suck at McKinsey that's why he did well there. The true test is if he can get respect from those lower than them and make them better. I know he can't. He is too selfish and self centered.

The amount of character assassination that CafePharma is allowing in these posts is appalling. I guess CafePharma no longer cares about setting limits or tems of service.
INBU reps will be replaced by robotic reps made in China. JC will get a double kick back from Amgen for saving $$$ by firing you all and then another from the company making the robotics.
Just look at who he has brought on to the enbrel team. People who aren't even qualified. He now has his own yes men in every function.
None of them have ever sold. They believe milk run field rides is the same experience as being a rep. He won't get any support from my ass.
