Murray is an example for rewarding failure or the other option to think about is that his management is clueless. Either way explains why there is so much banter on EMSA by employess. You would think someone light bulb is on to look into this. Even is a fraction of is truthful Merck has a big problem.
 












Anyone think it is odd to have received as many messages from King Richard about the need to complete the surveys? What's up with that?

The last EMSA survey must have made the the entire department look very bad. Now they are assuming that the almost daily face-to-face meetings will improve EMSA employees' ratings in this new survey.

I'm curious to see if EMSA people rate the department better. I bet they will, but communication is not the same as leadership.

King Richard has survived by designing surveys and then manupulating the data to show how great things are good. He does not care about his people, not interested in our work. The truth be said, the employee survey put Dr. king Richard on notice and he is concerned about his survival in the new integrated company. This negative stuff time was terrible. King Richard is the best do nothing CYA manager.

To survive in these difficult times we need to focus on the value EMSA can bring to the company and not about doing stupid surveys.
We spend almost all our time to game the system for the stupid dasboads designed by King Richard.
 






Between sending all the messages out about completing the surveys, RKM has been lobbying strongly for his being named the Chief Medical Officer of the new company. Unbelieveable.

I agree. Granowitz is not exactly warm and fuzzy. He really didn't have anything new to say. his content seemed almost identical to the town hall meeting presentations 1 month ago.

Remember, he works "up" and kisses the asses of his superiors. Now he probably thinks he's really hot shit because he was selected to come from SP. Just wait folks!
