Let me translate. Someone who has the letters rat in his last name was given the job. He is not up to the job. The other initials are of finalists for the job who are more qualified and now disengaged employees. They might be better served to work elsewhere, if Lilly can't make better hiring decisions than this one.

Bill R.. Check out his resume. It looks like a crossword puzzle. Flown thru the ranks with very insignificant roles or accomplishments! The talent being put in these key positions is shocking, frightening and should make us all very concerned. if they want us to feel secure today and optimistic about the future, we need to start placing talent where talent is needed! I have zero confidence in our Cymbalta or Strattera leadership team.

BM was one of the worst moves in years- regardless of how anyone feels about ES or her abilities. Let's hope she is lured to GSK w her BFF Jack B. sooner rather than after the titanic sinks. Oh crap.. Wasn't that today???

Ol’Timer, I think you might be on to something. I have a buddy who works in Indy on the Cym team and she told me that evidently “Snookie” (if you don’t know who I am referring to, think Cym MDD Brand Team) didn’t like Todd becoming her boss so she inserted knife. Whatever happened I hope that leadership (if we have any) stood up for Todd. He is the known entity NOT Snook. I bet she’s off the Brand within 6 months.

Word on the street is that they ran JG outta Indy so fast she didn't know what hit her. That's why she went back to her old area...it was the only that would have her. I feel for my peeps in TX.

If none of us could her stand her, imagine if we had to work with her in cube-land??!! OMG, that voice every day would drive me to take some Cym.
