A grab bag of job functions with limited scope and responsibilities. And, let's micromanage with 15 DMs with only 7 reps per district. 2 RSDs, 8 DMs and 80 reps would be an appropriate first Phase reduction.

Could even go to rep count in the 60's and still be right sized, especially with lack of access. Agree 15 managers for 105 reps is laughable. It would be easy to identify 7 losers to leave the island, if the Japs get smart and reduce to 80 and 8.

We've heard a number of promises about Halaven over the years and still nothing.....don't hold your breath.
