Heard the same. Severance for people and the molecule is being put to bid. Not sure it will bring much since we cancelled all the clinical trials.

If the retirement age is 65 or 70, employment should last until then. It is atrocious to take a job away before retirement age.

What if you get laid off and you are over 55 but don't have 10 years? Can you still qualify for retirement? I hope so, this stuff is stressful

There is something deeply unsettling about the C-suite of this company getting paid $20 million+ bonuses for failing miserably and then turning around and laying off thousands of hard working employees who are struggling to support their families.

What happened to this once great company and who is holding the leadership responsible for this mess?

Poor performance is blamed solely on those closest to the customer. Never a look at the dozens of leaders that rotate in and out of the jobs and have zero accountability. how can a leader be evaluated effectively if they are in 3 different jobs in 2 years? the answer: they can't

How are the earnings topping expectations when hundreds are laid off every month? Which drug is business saving? Business saving means profits, stopping of layoffs and hiring on a decent level. Some of the biggest crooks are communicating messages that are not true. How is the company going to survive with incompetence at every level? How are 1.5 billion cost cuts and topping all expectations mentioned in the same line?

It’s an extra 500M they added to cost cutting compared to the 10Q last year. They also extended the time frame from 2025 to 2026.
