First day back to work :( from my cruise. I wish anyone who is still working for GH/DSI could actually afford to take the cruise I was on. OMG it was beautiful!!!!! too bad I cannot post pictures.

As far as the posts with people using my name..it really is time to get over it and move on. The Feds investigation isn't over and will not be over for quite some time. The person who posted that the Feds would give money back to DSI made me laugh so hard I spit my coffee out laughing so hard.

Again, I have to ask, IF DSI is doing so well then why hasn't every single person that was laid off over 9 months ago NOT been paid in full for everything they are owed?

Simple answer...GH is still failing.

Old and lame. Please get over yourself, you are the only one who thinks that GH and DSI are so great. The rest of the 500+ people who were laid off without so much as an honest explanation know the truth.

Time isn't on GH's side, he will not win against the Feds and you can bet that any money they can recoup, they will. So keep telling yourself that your almighty GH will take care of you because you kiss his butt..unless your last name has been Hepburn, you are a nothing.

Far from blind about anything that you , DSI or GH have to say. I may have gotten what was owed to me but the fact of the matter is that there are still hundreds of people who haven't.

It would seem to me that you are the one that needs the meds and to move on. Not one person is fooled by your lack of empathy, your degrading words on this website or your continued belittling to those who were "laid off"

Might I suggest that you take your words and your actions and shove it straight up your bung hole.

So let me get this straight...500 people nationwide lost their job, paychecks (for those that actually got them) bounced not once, not twice but 3 times, people with health issues such as cancer and heart issues lost their health insurance so they cannot get the treatment they need in order to live, people who are owed thousands of dollars for work that they did for DSI were told "sorry you will accept $100 and be happy that you get that" money that WAS supposed to have been deposited into 401K retirement plans that was held out of people's paycheck wasn't deposited, employee taxes that again were held out of people's paycheck were not paid.

The BS coming from your mouth about how these 500 people were dead weight and deserved to be fired because they didn't do their job, how well GH is doing bringing this company back from the dead, yet there are still people who have not been paid in nearly 10 months. People who lost their home, people whose family was put out on the street and forced to live in homeless shelters, people who couldn't afford to live off of the little bit of money that they did get from unemployment having to decide if they were going to eat or pay their utilities or pay their rent/mortgage, people who had their entire life ripped out from under them because GH wants to double dip into a FEDERAL program just so that he can keep his million dollar houses and his beach house in Bermuda and line his own pockets.

As far as wanting 200 people to go down in flames once the multiple lawsuits come to light..that just isn't true :) there are only 2 people I wish to have a taste of Karma..you and GH..I wish both of you are forced live how some of these 500 people were forced to live, not knowing where their next meal was coming from or how they would take care of their family's health needs or if the lights were going to be turned off.

So yes, I did go to the press, several times actually. I also contacted the Dept of Labor ERISA investigators, and the Comptroller of Maryland for those people who live in MD and had to pay taxes. As for the pending class action lawsuit for the violation of the WARN Act..well I can't take the credit for that one.

So let's talk about class. I may not have a dog in this fight but I do have you, and your words and actions are that of a dog. GH going to jail, well yes I have to admit I would like to see that happen because quite frankly, he deserves it. He has ruined lives with his fraudulent actions.

As for my cruise, it was amazing and as long as people continue to work for DSI, a trip like that will always be out of reach, that is just a fact of life based on some of the comments I am seeing from current employees that he still isn't paying them properly even after 10 months of "rebuilding".

So while Ashley can post all she wants on a free PR website, that doesn't take away the fact that DSI/GH are still under federal investigation for fraud people's lives have not been made whole because they are still owed thousands.

You may not approve of me continuing the fight to see these 500 people fully compensated for GH's actions because I have gotten the pay that was owed to me, well you and GH are so low that it actually amazes me how you sleep at night knowing that you have ruined so many lives yet you still continue to bad mouth and belittle these 500 families that were affected by this company.

Real classy company you work for. Take a taste of your own medicine. This has not come to full circle yet.

No one is putting another 200 jobs at risk except GH himself and the morons he has trying to run the company! That is one of the main problems. He has accepted no responsibility for his and only his actions. I hate to tell you this, but the worst is yet to come. Any of you still there need to move on before the bottom really falls out.
