I really would love to know who you are since you seem to be the only person on here talking to yourself as multiple people about this "awesome income, great benefits and outstanding company"

Obviously you don't work for DSI because the previous 3 are so far from the truth. I can almost guarantee that the reason you were kept on is because your salary is on the lower side of what everyone else was making and they could afford to keep you.

You were kept on simply because you are such an idiot, not knowing anything and still kissing the ass of GH & DSI.

Ok, lets say I have trusted every thing you say and I have been putting EVERYTHING on my credit cards, since August. This was considering that I have not received my bonus, bounced check fees and bonus checks that were due in July. Well unfortunately I have now reached my credit limit. What is your advice now? I can't take out anymore credit because I don't have a job or proof of income. Oh, by the way, I wasn't lazy. I was told I was an excellent worker when the layoff came in August but that there was not enough money to cover my salary. Just curious of your advice now?

NOT TRUE. They can continue to operate under Chapter 13 with a court-approved repayment plan structured for up to five years (above median wage income filer). This ensures that personal property and assets (homes, yacht, cars, household fixtures) are not seized under foreclosure and that all debts are repaid to creditors.

There are so many are industry reps unemployed across the US that the phones at DSI will be ringing off the hook for a job with a good company with excellent income and benefits.

Just want to point out that many sales staff have been UNABLE TO FIND A JOB BECAUSE WE SPENT YEARS WORKING FOR DYNASHIT...I mean SPLINT!!!! I had a great sales record (that nobody will send me proof of since nobody is being paid) and the years I spent at this HORRIBLE company are considered a joke in the real medical field. So not paying us and preventing us from getting a job because there is nobody in HR to provide us with accurate records or because you have made a joke of yourselves with Medicare and no real company wants to touch us because of the Medicare allegations; you have screwed so many people. THERE IS NO GOOD COMPANY! THERE WILL NEVER BE AMAZING SALARIES! YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT IF YOU WEREN'T BEING PAID BY YOUR FATHER YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO FIND A REAL JOB!!!!!!

As I've said before, my advice for your particular situation would be to chill for now. If you can find a way to hang in there a tad longer then you will be rewarded by being called back to work for one outstanding company to pick up where you left off earning an excellent income. The end is in sight so please chill, stay the course and have faith in this company, the best is yet to come. Bless you until the time you are called back. : )

Well if you call making bonus every quarter I worked for DSI dead weight, then yes I was cut for being a slacker.

I find it refreshing that finally someone like this can indeed admit they were a slacker and let go for not pulling their weight. DSI knows what it is doing (retaining its best workers) and the best is yet to come! God bless us, everyone.

If you pay off your credit cards each month you will be fine. If you can't then surely you will be able to pay them off the following month after you have been called back to work with this outstanding company to earn back your excellent income. And the small amount of interest you pay will just be the price of doing business. Realize that God has blessed you with credit cards and he wants you to use them. Regarding "great benefits", this really doesn't matter now. All companies are equal now with the utilization of the Affordable Care Act so the playing field is level. We all have great benefits now if we so choose to go online and get them, it's that simple. Stay the course and bless you so much for your efforts with DSI

I heard that Hanger is buying the remaining inventory form Dynasplint and acquiring the business in full on December 31st but will be closing it down the first of the year. The Dynasplint product will become part of the Hanger portfolio sold by their current reps beginning in March 2014. Does anyone have any information on this or the validity of it? I can't give the name where I heard it but they are pretty high up in the Hanger organization.

Hanger can't hold a candle to what Dynasplint does across this country helping patients and growing as a big big strong business this company is solid and will be around for years to come, if you'd like to be a part of it then come back when called if not get lost and chill! I am posting this for anyone who is owed money and was afraid to come forward. GH & DSI are refusing to cooperate with the Dept. of Labor...no surprise there!

My contact person at the Dept. of Labor contacted me this morning and since GH is refusing to cooperate he is" referring this out". I don't quite know what "referring this out" means but I don't think it's a good thing.

He called to verify my contact information and said I will be receiving a letter from them. Once I have the letter I will post it for everyone to read.

I really hope my coming forward helps you all get what is owed to you.
