Please remember that you are reading BS on here! The majority of the pharm-addicts are on here posting lies to manipulate everyone into thinking worse of DSI then we already do. I'm owed over 12k as a previous rep in the North and I know better then to believe the lies on here saying all our money was mailed last week. I have been in contact with HR (JS) who has not stated that we have a date on our repayment yet.

My advise to anyone on here that doesn't have another agenda, contact DSI HR yourself. Do not come on here for any FACTS because I assure you, they aren't here!

DSI convinces the Judge that they can repay the note by January 15, 2014 and they are allowed to continue as-is without further encumberances. The writ of garnishments are held in abeyance. The $4M loan comes through, all is good.

Patience people. Just chill.

DSI makes a motion for delay, further buying more time for DSI to payoff BBT, as planned.
By mid-December DSI will callback all ex-employees.

By mid-January, DSI will fully recover to enjoy the good old days of great income.

By February 1st, the Feds will drop the Medicare lawsuit. All open Medicare invoices for SNFs will be billed, then paid by Medicare. This will leave the company debt-free and flush with millions of dollars in cash.

A one-time, five-figure loyalty bonus from the Medicare funds will be paid to all employees, including those who were called back to work.

Patience people. The good times are ahead. Chill.

I agree! For those that have chilled and those that continue to chill and maintain loyalty to one outstanding company, your efforts will soon be rewarded with the continuance or reinstatement of an excellent income. As promised all will be made right just keep the faith! And remember to use those credit cards to cover your bills until that excellent income is back in action. Thank goodness this nightmare ( caused by those lazy workers ) is almost at an end.
 






It looks to me that they still owe over $11million - that the $6million amount was an ERROR (look at the last line)
