Personally, I think I was a damn good rep. I gave DSI 8 years of my life. I was President's Club for the past 4 years, always reaching my bonus always invited to the annual sales meetings, invited to HQ numerous times and only missing time for approved vacation. If I did have to call out because of illness, it was because I was too ill to even get out of bed and at that point I always provided proof of illness backed up by a doctor's appointment.

When I received an e-mail..not in person or a phone call...a cowardly e-mail notifying me of the layoff I was devastated.

But let me tell you something, I landed a Pharma sales position with a major company and gave my self a $10,000 pay raise.

Current employees do not rock! They are just the little people who have been suckered into staying in order to keep a job. No health insurance..hope you don't get the flu and your children don't get sick from all of the germs in schools. No dental coverage..hope you don't bite down on something and break a tooth or have an abscess that you need to see a dentist for..hope your children don't need to have their teeth cleaned or braces. Your 401K payments that have been missed..don't plan on retiring since you probably will not have enough to live. HSA payments..well that goes with the lack of healthcare. Employee taxes that haven't been paid...well lets hope that DSI actually tells the truth when it comes to reporting what you really paid into it or the IRS will come after you for falsifying your tax returns.

Unpaid wages, expenses, bonuses, bounced payroll not to mention that those premium are still being withheld from your current pay (when you are lucky enough to get paid) That my friend is illegal.

So current employees do not "Rock" they are just ignorantly waiting around for the inevitable...the inevitable that DSI will not make it. The layoff was supposed to be 3 months and then DSI would emerge debt free..keep fooling yourselves..this is worse now than it was 3 months ago.

I would have to say that you are the one who is jealous of us who were laid-off and free to find a better company with guaranteed wages and a full benefits package.
 






For a person that lost their husband fighting for freedom you sure are a bitter person. As far as not needing to work I love working and will continue to make as much money as I like. He can leave if he wants but since we know true love I don't have that worry. If you had a brain you would not need to rely on anyone or anything. You have a lot of anger maybe that is why your on this site day in and day out.

I'm not better then anyone currently there, but I do feel I am better then you at this point because I have a job rather you think it is a good one or not really doesn't matter to me at all. I have only belittled you, and that is what makes you so mad. You are trying to twist everyone's word to make you look so good but deep down you know what you really are. Poor thing!!! must be hard to look in the mirror in the morning (if you have one) The mader you get the funnier it is, I love it. But still no one walked off the job, they are still working hard to keep DSI strong so that we can continue to help people who need the product.

You really do not have a clue do you? I am far from bitter and I certainly did not say anything about your husband leaving you. That was someone else.

Just by your remarks, you do think that you are better than anyone else, otherwise you wouldn't constantly belittle every person who has posted anything on this website that you disagree with by boasting how well you think your life is. Psychologist would say that you have OCD and a strong need to feel accepted by quantifying your life.

And just for the record, it's only 4:30 and I am completing my paperwork in the comfort of my own home while drinking a glass of wine listening to some music. I also didn't make my first post until about an hour ago after reading the vomit that is spewing from your mouth into your fingers in the form of typing.

As far as my standards go, hunny you would need to step up to even qualify to pick up the poop my dog leaves behind.

I'm actually quite happy that nobody walked off the job today and that paychecks were issued to the people still working. However, that doesn't do a thing for the people who were laid off that are still due monies for work that was completed.

Oh and by the way, my attorney has drafted a demand letter to GH for the approximately $15,000 I am still owed. He will have 10 days in order to respond with payment in full or I will be flying to MD file suit against DSI & GH. I will just have to stop by and see everyone still slaving away hoping to keep GH's illegal activity covered up.

First you say you are not better than anyone & then go on to say that you are in fact better than anyone who is unemployed . I really hope you don't have children because they would a reflection of you & that is not pretty. So how long do you think people should wait for the monies owed them ? Or wait to be called back ? You know unemployment benefits only last 6 mos.

Very true! I wish we could ship her ass to Afghanistan bc this person doesn't deserve the freedom these men and women have given their lives for! I have no tolerance for disrespect for veterans! Particularly towards widows of those that gave their lives. If dynasplint ever comes up with the money I'm owed ($1500) just send it the widow that posted. It's not much, but I wish her the best!

That is so generous of you and I really do appreciate the thought. My husband was killed in action in 2007 during the Operation Iraqi Freedom. I was fortunate enough to have received a 1 time death benefits payment that I used to pay my mortgage way down and put the rest away for rainy days . That's also when I started working for DSI. As a military wife, this is something that you never want to imagine but you always know that it is a very real possibility.

He had 10 years in so I also receive a small monthly benefit for my children. I am also back to work and was given a nice salary and benefits package, so I am really doing fine.

If DSI can get their act together and get people paid the money they are owed, I am sure this message board would calm down.

Hope your weekend is amazing, I will let everyone knowabout the movie Bad Granpa. I keep hearing that it is hysterical and the kids want to see it, so I have a date night with my favorite people to be with..my family!

DME Providers Continue to Bill Medicare Part B for DME Provided to Skilled Nursing Home Patients

It is common knowledge in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry that a DME provider must not bill Medicare Part B for DME provided to patients in Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). Indeed, for over twenty years, HHS-OIG has raised concerns that DME providers regularly submit false Medicare Part B claims that misrepresent that their equipment was provided to patients in their home or in a facility used as a home when, in fact, they were in Medicare-certified SNFs.

This scheme was most recently uncovered in an intervened False Claims Act action against DME provider Dynasplint Systems, Inc. In this case, the government alleges that since 2006, the company specifically focused its sales force on SNFs, and then falsely billed Medicare Part B for DME sold to these facilities. According to the government, in 2009, data showed that approximately one-half of Dynasplint’s Medicare billings to DME Medicare Administrative Contracts were for patients Dynasplint represented were in “custodial care” facilities, as opposed to SNFs. This number raised a red flag, because during the same time period, looking at other DME suppliers, less that 0.1% had billed Medicare Part B for patients in custodial care.

In effect, dishonest DME providers cause Medicare to be double-billed when they bill Medicare Part B for DME provided to patients in SNFs. The SNFs charge Medicare Part A or Medicaid a daily rate per patient, and this rate includes the cost of DME used by its patients. Any separate additional DME claim for SNF patients under Medicare Part B is duplicative, and when done knowingly, is health care fraud.
