ok really? That doesn't help my cause. Can someone be straight with me before Iwaste my time? I make 76,000 base now with 25,000 bonus. Car allowance, mileage PLUS gas card. The only reason I am considering an interview because there is talk of lay-offs at my current company, not looking good. How are the benefits?

Stay where you are. Most you will get is 63k base, and MOST of the bonuses quarterky were less than 2k.
No gas card. Mileage reimbursement at $.19 a mile. Does not cover the amount you are driving...especially with gas prices so high.

All the originals are gone from both Duchesnay and publicis. whoever said Dean was running the show and a moron was right. He got a hard on firing everyone. all that is left now are dean kiss ass wannabe managers and kiss ass wannabe reps.
you wont make over 60 in base, you will be tracked on your ipad hourly to see where you are and who you are calling on and how long you are in the office. even the reps in the states that have some managed care are making the type of money a shared territory(part time) reps makes with a real job. there is no direction except deans stupid e-mails and txt messages and these wannabe managers making us write up stupid report after stupid report.

This contract was a nightmare from the get go. Can't remember the idiot I did a Skype interview with, but he was fired a few months into the contract. My DM was let go too. Isaw the light a few months in and got the hell out!

Heck yeah! It is no POS, probably the best contract in the business right now with Duch not having a sales force in the US aside from us. Rumor is raises in April will be 5-10% based on rank. Bottom 20% get nothing.
