it's true. 2 did quit in FL recently. First initials of first name is K and W. Yes, they are free from this nightmare called DOUCHEnay, and I hopefully will be too very soon!

OMG - I met your "LEADER" Mr. DH. What a total old Pharma Goof! No wonder the contract is in total trouble. This guy wants to fire people as if he gets off on it! Nice management style for 2014 D.
 












I just got off the phone with a recruiter for this contract and she said they just got word that they have the contract through the end of next year.....Anyone heard that??? I think she was just telling me that so i'd go to the interview. Also anyone on this contract can you tell me if you've blown out your number what are the uncapped commissions like??
 






For the Flex-time position what is the hourly pay? Does anyone have any particulars they can share? Is it 24 hours per week? How many sigs do they want? Training? etc?

Uncapped commissions are a joke. Reps in the top 5 are making ok money, but half the people don't even get bonus checks because they don't qualify by hitting the minimum number. Goals are based on the company, not territories, so if your coverage isn't the best in the country cross your fingers and just hope for a few bucks every quarter.

Flex reps are supposed to work 24 hours a week, it isn't a great salary but it's getting me through til I find something better. No requirements on sigs per day.
 






i have worked on 4 prior contracts, 2 with Publicis and 2 with Quintiles, and w/o a doubt, this is THE WORST I have ever seen or heard of! Don't accept the position. The recruiter lied about the contract being extended thru 2015! Publicis recruiters have the worst reputation in the industry!
 






Are you sure???? I just interviewed with a mgr in the last couple of days and I was told that they are in the final stages of inking out a deal to run the contract through the end of 2015. She said they are adding 14 reps to start first week of june.

Why do you say they're lying? Do you have some inside info?? Why do you say this is the worst?? I don't want to make a mistake....

I completely agree with your assessment of the PSS as the worst in the industry. I have been on 2 contracts here and dealt with 4-5 different recruiters for PSS. Each of them had varying degrees of arrogance, laziness, lying, just plain stupid and condescending attitudes. They rarely know what they are talking about and almost never follow up like they say they will. Who manages and hires these idiots? It's hard to believe how unprofessional they are.
 






Well the recruiter I got a call from was easy to get in touch with and I even contacted her after hours! When I went thru my resume she tried to challenge me...I was like "B" please!! She said it was because she wanted me to be prepared....so far the people ive worked with seem to be ok.
 


















Left the shit hole a few months back! I felt sorry for those left behind. I heard that many people have quit as well, and that Sanjev was also fired, along with what's his name that did our training. What a miserable contract! I have worked on several and not one was even close to being as miserable as this one was. For all those left, good luck leaving this mess.
