If you are in sales... yes! But if you work from the home office, the answer is a big fat NO. This company has NO options (on the books) for any type of work life balance. They don't have the robust technology that will allow its employees to log in from home. This company is run by 4 white boys (who incidentally chase after much younger Asian women subordinate coworkers) who believe if they don't see you, you are not working.

They will overwork you till you quit.... So no.. no options for telecommuting

Since IHD is a one drug company of course they have time to play favorites with quotas, track people, and generally waste tons of time (money) with bullying tactics! It isn't sales to them. It is kindergarten.
