I talk to docs all day-some do not and most do not give a shit. It makes working in this environment ever more difficult when the employees dont give a shit and every exercise is just something we have to get through. This attitude is going to destroy sanofi. They grew it and they can fucking chew it because I want to go work where there is some passion and excitement. Most employees here have absolutely bee n conditioned to not care one little tiny bit about what happens from8-5 M-F. And i hate that. There will be 2 people pulling the cart with the rope intheir teeth and everyone else sitting on the cart throwing rocks at them. I give up.
 








Even when you do get a moment, just think, how many actually listen? They really don't care anymore.

How many of you out there have zero satisfaction in your job? Do you want to do more?

I have made my mind up, I am out of here as soon as possible. There are actually jobs out there that are enjoyable and you feel like you accomplished something in the end.

Its a hard decision as you will work more hours and harder, but you will feel good knowing you actually did something. Rather than feel like a suited up monkey dropping off flyers at offices for a program no one could care less about.

Wake up & get out.

True. That`s a big problem with many of the access challenges of today. MDs are working harder to earn less money and have been for past 5-7 years. All of this is connected. Many of you beat your chest in anger about pharma but are too shallow to see the big picture of healthcare in the US. It`s all one big trickle down affect.Actually MD salaries have been cut in a major way and pharma salaries have not. The job itself has obviously changed in pharma but not the salary which says more than most other healthcare jobs today.
 








Go back to sipping your "cognac", REAL SALES regurgitator. Do everyone a favor and put some cyanide in it while you're at it. If I was a doctor, I wouldn't let you wash the windows of my car, much less sell to me. Total douche.
