Does anyone have any real information?





Has anyone done the math? With the basics we have been given so far, there will not be many of us left. With all divisions and all the various roles, this is going to be like the hunger games.

The time for racial justice and equal outcomes is now. Middle aged white males have been profiting from this industry for decades. Its now time for people of color and women to get their reparations. We have been suppressed too long, and now we will have our turn. Finally. Good luck to fat, privileged white males while reality of a new world hits.

Remember, this is the first phase of changes to come through end of next year. If you believe this is the final blueprint and you are safe here than I know an Eskimo who is selling ice you should invest in.

So true I heard the manager layer was hit real hard (70% cut) and sadly most of them are not even aware of that hit until tomorrow. Enjoy your last night before you have to join the Unemployment line, And sadly most of them are the old white dudes who have been riding the wave for years but there are some stingers that were shrapnel that wink be sad to see go.
 












Times are tough, and the business is very uncertain looking forward. For some of us this will mean looking for a new job, for others it means retrenching and figuring out how to move forward in the new Bayer. Good Luck to all, it will work out one way or the other.
 








We have all had the opportunity to read the abundance of information on the new DSO model. Sounds exciting!

But why announce a head count reduction and then go radio silent? They have to know and understand what a distraction it is.

Does anyone have any “real” information on when we can move on with our lives?

There’s no doubt, Bayer has some big challenges. But we have an even bigger mission. “Health for all, hunger for none” is bigger than any one person.

Bayer will continue to be a pass through for reps until they can hire and retain real managers!! Stop empowering these female micro managers that are absolutely toxic and dangerous for the company! Absolutely a lawsuit waiting to happen!
