TODAY. We will be getting an email by 11 and then a town hall at 3:00 so prepare yourself heard FULL teams will be cut in while other teams will be cut in leadership mostly but also some field. Move to ecosystems.

Moving to an all ONC ecosystem and not sure who is leading that but heard its none of the current ONC VPs as they were offered new roles elsewhere. Managers are getting chopped and will barely survive. Some ONC teams will be completely cut 100% while others will have sales cuts and manager cuts where needed.

The email reads that we are moving to the same ecosystem model as Genentech which hasn’t worked out well there
