We have all had the opportunity to read the abundance of information on the new DSO model. Sounds exciting!

But why announce a head count reduction and then go radio silent? They have to know and understand what a distraction it is.

The silence is meant for everyone to process what was announced and this is also the time where decisions are being finalized as to who stays and who goes.
 
















Like every other pharma company….they make these announcements and then wait- so that people can leave on their own.

Then they make the changes. We are in the “leave on your own” phase right now.

Leave them blindsided with no sales people, no relationships
They do not care about you whether you are lee go or stay. YOU are a number.
If they keep you still get an exit plan together. Leave on your terms. I was placed last time but left after being placed. Best decision ever.

So many better companies out there…it’s ok to go to another company and or industry.

Oh good, I identify as a cat so they have to keep me. I really feel sorry for the middle-aged white guys. The only middle-aged white guy keeping his job is Bill.
 








30% cuts! No level spared.
All the fat is being cut, but we all know some great people will get cut and some lucky unworthy people will be spared… just the old fashioned pharma slashing.
