That sounds good and all, but it won't do you any good. Your manager's evaluation of you carries much, much more weight than your evaluation of yourself. And, welcome to America - if your sales suck, then the common thought is that you suck as a salesperson. That's not really unique to Sanofi or even to pharma. Good year means good competencies; bad year means bad competencies. That's sales.
