do you like working here?

Do you know who you can blame for that, Ball Sak who made the plan up

And the ball Sak is still trying to sell his plan to the sales force five months later. Sorry, you little midget, no one believes anything you say. The math doesn't add up and sooner or later you'll have to explain why. Mutiny is brewing and it's going to be legendary! Watch your back, Sak, because no one else is.

Looks like to me they're trying to manage most of the reps out before they have to true up this ridiculous year to date comp plan. The "smoothed out" bases make everyone look like failures for the first couple of months (little $ paid out), so they threaten to roll out a bunch of PIP's & hope people quit, then there's no bonus true up to pay out & upper mgmt laughs all the way to the bank. So yeah, were well aware of your tactics. 50% turnover is nothing to be proud of.

You're giving Sak too much credit. He's the figure head to the comp plan. Consultants and bean counters at Thermo put the math together for the smuck to pose as the one to bring it to us. Same thing for the great national sales meeting that TB supposedly slaved over for 4 months. She worked with a meeting a planner that used the same theme as other TFS meetings. Wise up there is no original thought in this organization.

No we’re not going to leave. We’re going to stay and make you spend time thinking up new spreadsheets and putting together conference calls that won’t matter. Your ideas are not working. We’ll leave when we’ve driven you crazy and finally found a higher paying gig.

No one has a gun to your head...if you're not happy...leave! Organizations change. You change
with them or get left behind.

The prob with that twisted, ass kissing logic is that the WHOLE FUCKING SALES FORCE leaves! Explain that one on your resume, smarty pants. "I'm such a revolutionary that I ran off a whole field sales team in 18 months". Sounds exactly like the kind of "organizational change" that companies are looking to implement..... riiiiiiight.......
When companies are rotten at the top, the rest of us don't have a chance.

Someone is angry. You can't always be right besides there are new sheriffs in town Sonny.

This. Times a thousand. The company is hitting their goals but somehow 95% of the sales force isn't hitting theirs. We're all on to the scam.... just a matter of time before the next lawsuit gets filed.

MZ is a master at spinning the numbers and she has taught JZ and TB well too. Their "funny" math gets them through a lot...but eventually catches up.

If this quote was written by a manager or from anyone from the USLT then they should be the one who leaves. You can't just ignore people who bring up points on CP. If we had a functional chain of command then we wouldn't need to post on here. Just look at the other companies on CP the amount of activity on the boards is related to how dysfunctional that organization is. In good times we don't post. The issue is that we are not being heard and that when we bring something up our managers and us are labeled as not happy. The committees you ask are designed to give you the answer you want. That way of management won't work in the long run. Everyone will lose. The management team has the most to lose since AD jobs are much harder to come by. Finding new people and training new people hurts the bottom line.
