The biggest issue with the new leadership team is they ask you a question and don't care what your answer is. They will sit there and argue with you because they know what the right answer is. So why ask us in the first place? You could sit there and list past instances and examples and they become more arrogant and protective of their awesome and new ideas. If you try and stick up for your team you will be labeled and put on their replace with a Quest person I worked with list. This leads old school DM morons to just shut down and just play along. This is the worst kind of organization to be a part of. This is why we had all the issues in the East when nobody dared to give an opinion. If they won't listen they will screw it up and all that Ubuntu junk they talked about at the start of the year is gone.

So what should we do answer the question or just go along? Both answers are wrong.
 






I literally don't know one rep here that's not interviewing elsewhere. Not one. This place is a total joke among the recruiters. There's zero motivation to go sell anything- more than half the company isn't even getting paid. Instead of trying to make things right, all we hear is "performance plans are coming". Makes total sense! Bite the hand that feeds you. Like threatening to fire people changes the situation-- it's sheer stupidity.

This. Times a thousand. The company is hitting their goals but somehow 95% of the sales force isn't hitting theirs. We're all on to the scam.... just a matter of time before the next lawsuit gets filed.
