Putz, speak for your pathetic self, I for one and every other normal person I know and work with do not enjoy being "checked up on or monitored".......quite realistically it is the worst part of this job and why so many despise this in your face forest joke of a company. What is it that you dont get? Are you high? Nobody and I mean nobody likes being hawk eyed by a third rate used car salesmen in a cheap suit with crooked snag shark tooth and shovels coffee and no do's in their pipe hole like chick lets.

What I meant was I welcome constructive feedback from someone that knows what they're doing so being evaluated is not a problem. I have to agree with you, I don't like being monitored any more than anyone else but can put up with it if it's not done by a numbnut like a Forest DM. Thanks for correcting.

My DM and RD tried to ride my ass. most likely due to numbers. also not one of the "special children" in my terr. Just document everything you do, work hard and be straight. It's over now. and I am still here and doing fine. I am also from a HR background before Forest. The easiest way to get rid of me would have been to not hire me. There is a lot of protection from bullying out there if you know your stuff. ha ha

Easy DM, have some accountability, you give us way too much to yap about. How about some transparency? Why is everything you do some behind closed doors secret? We CAN handle the truth. Lack of transparency leads to an increase in what you call "gossip" and an us against you mentality. Most of us know that you have conference calls and talk about which of us are not "meeting expectations" or just plain suck. The same goes for you constantly ranking us for your RD. We also know you aren't really team players either, you're constantly trying to outsmart the other divisions and regions with your brilliant ideas and scripts (aka POAs). We also know you do the same thing, "this DM let's their reps get away with...., this DM is lazy, this DM let's their reps walk all over them, this DM takes credit for my genius..." What's the difference?
As it's said, we all put on our pants one leg at a time. You are not a superior being. You have a title.
