Diversity! Diversity!

There's no such thing as diversity when you exclude mindsets that disagrees with yours. You welcome all for performance and skills do the job. Not because they are gay or black or whatever people identify nowadays.

So true. The funniest thing is, before DNA got all "Rocheified", we had the most diverse company I had ever worked for - and no one cared. Everything was excellent. Everyone was excellent. More African-Americans here than any other major pharma company, more LGBT people than any other major pharma company, more Asians than any other major pharma company... And the science was good. The people were smart. Now, they just hire a demographic to fill a quota and wave a flag saying "look how diverse we are!" Yet now there is divisiveness, derision, apathy, politics. Original though or respectful disagreement are seen as "having the wrong mindset". It's so sad.

Agreed. When OPP and NWA were the focus, we were unstoppable.

LOL. Hey I grew up in those times. Early 90’s were a simpler time. Yet today as minorities. We face the same problems back then.

Just like any business. It flourished. People make money. The business draws to an end. Whether it’s 1 year to 100 years. And what I’ve learned is that Experience people are truly the key to a business success. Not some newly graduated student from today’s brainwashed education.

  • Super happy that the police are finally being held accountable for some of their actions. They need massive retraining and reprioritizing of their responsibilities
  • I'm happy that the Supreme Court was finally able to accomplish what both parties know deep in their souls was the right thing to do which was to stop marginalizing parts of our society for political gain and give them the right to just coexist
  • I'm very happy that Alexander is passionate about diversity and inclusion.
  • I'm happy that this is making so many people who kick back with their privilege thinking "why don't they just work a little harder" when said people have no idea the oppression that systemic racism puts on people. It's like a fish in the water finally being shown what water looks like.
So Happy Juneteenth, Happy Pride.

Alexander is passionate just about anything that doesn't requires skills or accountability. Probably the most clueless and confused executive in this industry.
