There's no such thing as diversity when you exclude mindsets that disagrees with yours. You welcome all for performance and skills do the job. Not because they are gay or black or whatever people identify nowadays.
So true. The funniest thing is, before DNA got all "Rocheified", we had the most diverse company I had ever worked for - and no one cared. Everything was excellent. Everyone was excellent. More African-Americans here than any other major pharma company, more LGBT people than any other major pharma company, more Asians than any other major pharma company... And the science was good. The people were smart. Now, they just hire a demographic to fill a quota and wave a flag saying "look how diverse we are!" Yet now there is divisiveness, derision, apathy, politics. Original though or respectful disagreement are seen as "having the wrong mindset". It's so sad.
