District ignored Covid lockdown and made live F2F calls

One district was out there making live calls (with the blessing of their manager) while the rest of us were ordered to stay home last year during the initial Covid shut down in March. Total bullshit and they completely got away with it. Anyone else would have faced automatic termination

BS they would have gotten busted, That was a global mandate. No DM would have been dumb enough to let their reps out in the field

I heard about that too because one of the reps from that team bragged to people about it. Their manager let them make live calls and told them to record them as virtual/phone and not to do any live sampling so it couldn’t be traced.

A few on our team were out making live calls during that time, but our manager definitely did not know! It was so much easier than trying to get one of the nursing staff to log onto a bogus virtual call.

Cleveland Respiratory Team did it and their manager BP knew it and was ok with it because it helped their business. Plus that team got all kinds of praise for their high number of VEs. They were actually out in the field live the whole time showing offices in person how to log onto a VE to get samples. Such bull shit. Then they brag about having done it after the fact.
