Great question. The rep still works the account like nothing happened. No mention in the settlement about BSX paying any part of the anti kickback penalties, only the hospital. You would assume the government and the whistleblower would get a lot more $ from a company like BSX vs a hospital. Does anyone else know what’s going on with this?
