Lets see how long it takes KK to call and beg them to remove this thread. We know
KK, YOU Hate it but it is quite cathartic for us. Suck it up ruthless unfeeling dictator that thinks there are no consequences. People posting here are all consequences of your selfish ways....trying to keep your nose clean. We worked For you in sales and did well. You did not protect us. Many feel this way. Be a woman and Learn from this. Let the posts run and soak it in. If you really do this you may turn out to be a newly enlightened person when it comes to management. Good luck!

KK, when you manage by fear, people respond with disdain for you. Fear created resentment and unproductivity. You need a new approach. Obviously you are no longer protected. The resentment towards your management has put you exactly where you are ment to be. change it for your self!!!!!

Bottom line, people do not want to work for people they vehemently dislike. Ponder on that one and it will take you far. Pondering honestly OnLy get you what you need to see to make you a better person.

Truly the meanest uncaring ruthless unprofessional ridiculous person I've ever met in this industry. Those who support her, if any, then are just as bad and thought of in the same way.
 






Did KK get a job at Shire Pharmaceuticals? To get hired at Shire is to be desired. If she is a liar than she may get fired. If KK is mired she might not be admired. They will try her and all that work for her will join the choir "Stop this spitfire".
 






K is for Karma. Now, let's expose her minions that operate like her and are still managing around us....... Let's pound on them like they pounded our colleagues. One of them managed our Michigan team and we smashed her (PS)
 












Where is big BC now? Her life must suck. As well it should. Fired rep when the manager of that rep said verbatim Good Job. That rep never threw that DM under the buss. Those people have no clue what it means to be in sales. BC wanted me to continually drop product to an office who said they would Never write for it. This Sounds Like Quid Pro Quo. HR needs to be under serious investigation when letting sales people....good ones, go. The word inept comes to mind.

Hmmm, after posting this, I do indeed think I have a case to pursue!!!!!

I have all the documentation!

How about that worthless excuse for a manager, sm.

SM is KK's BFF. KK brought her in from Novartis years ago because she needed a better paying job and KK needed a minion. KK also brought in BC from a rep to be head of HR with no prior experience for the same reason. Never have I seen such blatant nepotism in a pharma company- and it seems like it should be illegal.
