Agree, and I dont think anybody is going anywhere, by choice at least. Also true that all reps are tied up with too many small details, even some of us in smaller markets. Not sure how the top earners (and we all know who they are) are making it work.

Well the reps/managers sign 'Non Solicit' agreements vs. 'Non Compete' which means an account is free to use anyone they want you just can't solicit the business. When the reps figure this out they will be able to have their substantial book of business follow them when they leave Bio. I don't think OPKO is too concerned with anything outside 4K testing.

I also doubt Dr Greg reads these boards.
