Interview will last and hour and will
Be a STAR interview. Anyone remember any questions from your hiring process? Interviews will be next week.

Here's a good question you need to be prepared to answer, if not only to yourself:

How comfortable are you working for an organization that treats employees poorly and doesn't pay consistent with industry standards?

Take the money and RUN Forest!

Totally insulting we have to interview at all considering some of the reps they kept are a joke. Agree with post that for the most part these jobs are being filled with people they want.

anyone internally applying- good luck! If you don't get the position- don't be disappointed or shocked as the decisions have already been made. Keep positive and continue to look externally- if you are a productive person with the company there are places that will compensate MUCH better! Just take a look!

How can you say that the decisions have already been made?!? They didn't even know who all would apply???

Not going to feel good if rejected. Rejected twice in a few weeks for a company you worked in for 9 years and consistently had good numbets. Great for the self esteem!

I know the feeling but I'm looking at it as interview practice if I don't get the job. It's been a while for me since I've interviewed. It will be BIs loss not mine. And I walk away PAID!! Keep your head up. Your a good rep.

yeah I believe they have an idea of who their choices are. I will take the advice of the poster above and use it as practice. I have not been happy with BI and have to look at this as an opportunity to get the hell out of this industry. Just very difficult not to take it personally when you see some of the people they kept. Most people are not happy here and I would imagine it will get worse.
