Destroying value...stock price today v Mar 17, 2015

then you live in an alternate reality. Doubt ok - but "highly" doubt it, then you haven't been paying attention. This will not be a growth pharma happily ever after story, this is not a Bold company for the future - this is not a happy ending for you at your retirement party. This is a company constructed for a purpose - inversion of Pfizer. We all know how that ended. The next construct(s) are currently being designed and I think it only makes sense to have Icahn advising. This crappy stock price maybe tolerated another quarter or two but come Mar 2017 - things will change or people will change and that is obvious.

Look for WH to be sold off. They already sold ANDA

You guys actually think they will sell off the entire company in pieces? That seems delusional. I see getting rid of Women's Health, but the rest of the rhetoric seems to be sheer fear-mongering.

Call it what you want. After many years of the rhetoric and lies in this crappy place, I believe this is true, and Icahn confirmed it. think hard, multiple examples of 2 sided talk from
tbese a$$wipes. That's the truth!

No one knows for certain what is going to happen, but it must be nice to walk away with 140 million dollars and do the same thing at another company. What does BS make now 14 to 17 million per year. Basically 10 years salary in one transaction if he is let go.

that is exactly right. It would take one passionate "company" guy to choose the 10 yr option when the goal could be met in one transaction ... can't begrudge anyone - what would you do? Call it piecemeal, call it strategic spinoffs, call it an efficient track to returning shareholder value but this behemoth will be a blip in history.

"Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power. "Abe Lincoln
The money gets old when what you really want is legacy and social approval. Keep chasing the dream, BS. It is beyond your reach but the lives you have destroyed in your process IS your legacy.

BS wanted to be known as the guy who put together the largest Pharma deal in history. He would have made in the neighborhood of $400 million. Those are the things he wanted. He will never achieve those goals now. Now Icahn is here to bail him out. He does have a pile of money though. So that will ease his pain.

The new "death pharma" thats what he will be known for, in the same company as Pearson from Valaent. Money eases some pain except Saunders is young which means he will break up the mess he made here to make back icahn's money
And move on to another company and
Destroy them.
Happy Labor Day

Yes that douchebag BS is good for nothing.... Can money buy happiness... I am not too sure. I hope he goes thru the same pain which he has subjected his company people to....

Yes. Yes, money can buy you happiness. You think Brent spends his Labor Day weekend bitching about his shitty job on cafeCEO? Nope, because he is filthy stinking rich and will only become more wealthy.

You too are proof. What can you top out at delivering sandwiches? Maybe $140k? That's if you have been here for 20 years. It sucks, I know. $140k isn't shit these days. Breaking the six figure ceiling doesn't mean shit either. It's ok to hate in Brent I guess. But just know he doesn't know any of us exsist. And he is ok with that. Beacause he is rich, filthy stinking rich. You are not and probably never will be and therefore kind of pissed about it.

Here's how I see it. We aren't supposed to exist as "Allergan" right now. We are supposed to be Pfizer. We payed lawyers and lobbyists millions to ensure that the deal would go through.

Whiz-bang! The Obama administration says "fuck you." Wait, what? The thing was a done deal!?? Guess who hates pharma? The Obama administration. The whole thing was a setup.

Don't blame Brent. Blame your government who will neither fix the punitive tax on repatriating foreign-earned dollars nor enforce existing rule of law which corporations depend on to make rational and profitable business decisions for shareholders.

The capricious and arbitrary choice to spring in with "guidance" at the last minute was solely at the feet of Obama.

Now what?

Choose to build a company from the ground up and integrate with a smile.....or be miserable. There's not a senior leader that likes the situation either. Many were expecting a severance.

But here we are. Will pieces be sold off? Yes. Will there be more change? Yes.

Saunders nor Ichan nor anyone else is at fault here.

If you voted for Obama -- look in the mirror.......and make a more informed choice in November, won't you?

No Blame?? Clearly you dont remember all the long time FRX employees who had much of their savings in Options which were wiped out, whoops! Too bad for them. Not to mention the R&D team growth pharma dismantled. I DO blame him, for dreaming up the bs inversion attempt and not being prepared for the Obama reaction! I didn't vote for Obama and absolutely put the blame on both those greedy bastards.

Too right! Couldn't agree more. With Hillary looking like she will win it's going to be ugly for the next 4 years.

Brent will have to find another deal. Just right now is not a good time. Government and Wall Street not liking deals at the moment, unless they are small ones

This is total bullshit. Pfizer has an estimated $300 BILLION IN CASH including all of its offshore tax havens. You are telling me they have had to really struggle to make a profit with the current US tax structure? Fuck yoU man. Turn off Fox "News" and get your head out of the CEO's asses. They don't need your sandwich delivering ass carrying their tax reform bucket. How the hell do you think any of this would benefit you? Even if the laws were changed do you really think those billions would trickle down to you? Ha! Yeah, sure. They tout the tax reform to the employed minion as if it's keeping you down. It's not man, it's not.

We never said the merger or inversion would help us or "trickle down to us". You are just another liberal with your panties in a wad because someone said something against your beliefs about this administration and it was the truth. I could only hope they raise your taxes. Of course that is what I am sure you are voting for too. Now go pay some extra taxes.

Registered republican, dipshit. My post was directed at your own stupidity. Obama and Jack Lew saved your job you stupid fuck. Jack Lew is the secretary of the treasury, just adding that in there because you seem so grossly under informed.

Thank God stock was at $340 a share when I got "seperated" in March! They were granted to me at $60 per share and I had close to a 1000 shares. Do the math!

Me too. I was so happy to get the severance package. I made hundreds of thousands as well and got another job right away and had tons of months of severance. BS will lay more people off to boost the stock price for himself. Its coming.

i am glad for you that a negative became a positive. We will not have the same experience because the actavis severance is in place and just like the commack layoffs, our options will be withdrawn. I hear the bells sounding and am looking But the market has changed with the flood of Astra & BI reps layed off this year. I will get ahead of this and spend the all
Day Lie searching & interviewing. My BOLD plan!
