Describe Derm Co-Promote

Have a chance to go either way, here or Genzyme. Looks like the CV attempt was a complete disaster. Should I come with you and know that Regeneron is rapidly becoming a big pharma like entity or should I just go big pharma and go G now that Sanofi has them. Either way, it looks like reach and frequency metrics will be hammered on. Doesn't work in derm, but I can make Fridays look like they need. Serious replies only.

We should have never signed with Sanofi - they are big pharma all the way and they don't get how to treat customers. I'd say avoid both of us and go with Biogen, Celgene or Genetech.

You're lying. Regeneron has only begun interviewing DMs. MS (rep) positions are not posted. And a DM candidate would never post stupid shit like you just wrote. Fuck off.

You guys are idiots... Who cares about the collaboration... Do you study the industry trends? Combo is the new safety net to feed R&D and share expenses... Just stay with your 1 pony comp...

You are a clown ! Those three prize winning companies are all big pharma with plenty of people escaping. Go back to your cave moron.

Some territories are large and some are small. You obviously don't know anything about dermatology because areas like the Northeast have small territories since we have large concentrations of dermatologist other that area a low on derms have large territories. I spoke with a recruiter and the territories in my area are the traditional derm territory size.

Exactly. Totally normal size for dermatology. The only "wild card" is having a direct partner to deal with/split territory with.

Yes especially if your direct partner doesn't have derm experience. I was also told that derm experience is not required just selling a self injected biologic drug. I have both but what if my direct partner does not and is clueless and has no relationships with derms in the territory. Seems strange that derm experience is not also required.

wrong--have to have DERM experience

I thought they would require derm and biologic experience (which I have both) but during my interview the hiring manager said he's talking to a lot of candidates with only derm experience and no biologic experience as well as reps that have biologic experience but no derm experience.
