I’m curious here. Why all the hate for a company that is hiring its sales force, and launching a product. Who knows if it will successful or not. It’s opening up opportunities to more reps out there, at the very least. Of course oncology is higher paid than dermatology....but why the hate??? Not one person who’s bashing Dermira really knows how it is...because no one has started as a rep. I’m sure I’ll get some smart ass response, but it just shows that you’re sore about something. You may be right or wrong about Dermira, but you or anyone else, won’t know until 2019. Let it play out!!!

Here’s some friendly colleague advice, climb out of the primary care swamp people. I did it and never looked back. I am so much happier with a great job, lots of stock options, double the compensation and potentially part of something revolutionary. Good luck!

So much hate and jealousy on this board. It’s really sad. I’m happy for those that have jobs with Dermira. It’s a beautiful morning. I work for a company that will be the next Google or Apple, not Dermira. Congrats to those who are joining Dermira. Life is good and we’re all blessed. Have a great weekend.

Dude what's w the company Looks like they r still trying to get people for some areas. I got antiher email from another recruiter. don't plan on responding. I have no interest in selling armpit wipes!
 






I see some Reps have already been hired. Check out the Miami Rep. Doesn’t this company have an HR Dept looking into the people they hire? Girls got her boobs out all over the internet. What the hell?! Great hire. Lol. Guess we know why the FL Manager hired her.
 












I see a massive firing within a year or so.. been in Derm in my area for over 10yrs and usually with a launch only 3-4 reps max are hired for a new product in my area.
But I see Dermira were recruiting 12 different reps in 12 different cities within 1-2 (small) states. That is crazy!! Lol.. There r not enough offices or business for 12 reps.. TWELVE reps in one metropolitan area?? That's like 5 Derm offices per rep Lmao! good luck with the launch folks. Glad I didn't waste time out interviewing for this mess. See u Dufuses in my offices soon!
