Derm Rare Disease Openings

What makes you think I don’t have these things? The point is that BI isn’t paying ultra rare money, there are no stock options and PCP reps aren’t going to get the job.

But you keep doing you!

And by the way, I don’t have a dick, so you win that contest, although I doubt it’s adequate.
Money is not the most important thing to many people. So you are right, you do you, and I'll do me.

I'm glad because you would probably do you if you did have one!

You are right money isn't the most important thing but you won't get much money here. There are no stocks/launch money/trips/etc. Once you get in you get very small raises throughout and they hire people in higher than you over the years. No advancement. Money isn't everything but you will be metric'ed to death. It's a miserable work environment here and only about 1/5 of the sales force makes 100% IC. There is no fresh talent and unless you just need a job go look somewhere else.

BI benefits are good. They pay for transitioning. Slightly higher copays for PCP reps though.

And therein lies the problem with BIPI. Germans love metrics. Rare disease isn’t about metrics. It’s about empowering and rewarding sales people for finding and helping patients.

Omg. I’m so over seeing people whine about meager raises and new people being brought on at higher salaries. It’s on every single board. Get off of your ass and go somewhere else so that you can be brought in at a higher salary, It’s the exact same EVERYWHERE.
