Derm Rare Disease Openings

Why would anyone want an ultra rare disease role at BI where you can’t get stock options, when every other rare disease company throws $100k in options at reps on the day of signing?

because there are respiratory reps looking to get away from PCP sales. They move over to the Derm sales roles, get some experience under their belt, then they move to a smaller start up that drops a boat load of high risk options in their lap.

easy.

You evidently don't know Tony at all! Great guy, great manager, someone who fights for what is right. Trying to slam on someone you don't know is terrible. Guess you didn't get the job when you interviewed in ILD. Sore loser.
There must be more than one Tony.
Because he is the reason I did not apply. You must be one of his male friends..

Not a chance that’s happening. You down go from primary care to ultra rare. Unusually specialty + to rare. And then rare to ultra rare.

An option is the chance to buy $100k worth of stock. It's only worth something if you exercise the options. I have over $300k in my BI pension, which I contributed $0 towards.

That’s not ultra rare money especially with no stock options. I make $170k base with options worth over $300k. BIPI makes me lol.

those options only matter if you got them at a good strike price and the stock price blossoms. Even better if some rogue investor comes in and buys the company.

otherwise, those options mean nothing.

Except I did get them at a good strike price and I didn’t spend 15 years at BI catering lunches to earn the $300k in my pension. I got them at 1/3 of the current valuation and they grew rapidly in 2 years. And when we get bought my house will be paid off. Do that with your pension plan and specialty rep money, because BI isn’t paying ultra rare money.

Good for you! Go away!

my dick is bigger. No, mine is.

Mr. Stock options, seems to have life figured out, what he doesn't realize is there are people on this board and others that he visits, even with a sub pay job compared to his CEO status could buy him 3 times over, it's all about savings, expenditures, overhead etc. etc. (I hope he can follow) I know a lot of people some make more some make less, and one of the common themes are. what you currently have in liquid assets, is the whole principal, it's not who has the biggest Johnson or the smallest Evinrude.
LOL

What makes you think I don’t have these things? The point is that BI isn’t paying ultra rare money, there are no stock options and PCP reps aren’t going to get the job.

But you keep doing you!

And by the way, I don’t have a dick, so you win that contest, although I doubt it’s adequate.
