I received a written offer from sanofi and was given 48 hours to accept. The offer was very generous so there was no need for a negotiation. The offers may take longer if a negotiation starts, but 48 hours would be a good expectation.
 












no, Sanofi hasn't sent offers out yet...they just announced huge layoffs and are placing some of the displaced reps into these territories. Then the offers will go out.

Both are half true... Not all offers have gone out but some have. Some territories are in a holding pattern waiting on some logistics on the business side.
 






Either way, just continue applying to new positions and hang in there. If you don't get the offer, the job search continues as it should.

If you got an offer, plan for a back-up since this product may not launch. Even if it launches, people grow out of asthma.

Another complete lack of respect for ppl Pharma co. Offers went out end of last week. Mgrs have no balls and don't call or inform other candidates. Leave them sitting in limbo. Arrogance will provide same results in this franchise as the cardiac division. Doomed for failure.

Offers are typically strong. Be warned that may be short lived as REGN is as reputable as a double rainbow. SHORT LIVED ILLUSION!

Agreed. I'm currently with REGN and will leave after the bonus payout.

This place used to be a decent place to work. Now riddled with incompetence and corruption. Not surprised if DVP is paying off the FDA. Multiple issues here embed deeply in leadership as a start.

-Failure to manufacture
-failure to recruit and retain properly
-failure to document and adhere to basic cGMP (back-dating documents, falsifying information, false authors not employed by company,......)

On a positive note, the Holiday Party appealed to the Gen X this year.
