I did not negotiate my salary. It was what I was hoping for. I didn't ask for a sign on bonus, but did give them documentation of what I was losing by leaving. $6,000 signing bonus.
Sorry but I'm going to be honest. If you have not been contacted with an offer, you are 2nd choice. The mgr. is awaiting an acceptance ore rejection by the first choice.

The 18 days is in reference to the total number of PTO days (vacation, sick, etc) that are granted to new hires across the board. It's seemingly non-negotiable to get more...has anyone successfully gotten more PTO? It's a pretty sad number.
No you can not get any more than 18 days. I actually thought it was only 15 days and I am a current employee. No sick days, just the PTO days. Thats it. Great company, however 401 k sucks since the stock is low, and the PTO is not in keeping with industry. Still, that being said, I like my job and I am happy to be here.
can anyone confirm if all offers have been made? Are some offers still being generated? I'm shocked I haven't heard one way or the other.
not all offers have gone out. Certain areas are a little more behind. Same with Genzyme-only a handful have gone out over there.
You are more than likely 2nd choice . Most offers -for first choice candidates-have gone out.
How long do the reps have to accept or reject is my question?
18 days but they close down for a week between Christmas and NYears. I got a sign on bonus for what I was leaving on the table for bonus. Don't worry about stock. You get 25% each year so it doesn't matter what the stock is, in fact if you are coming on board now you WANT it low. Hang in there for a couple of years it could be lucrative.

They won't reject you or extend an offer until they find out if the first choice accepts.
