Had filgo gotten approved, dozens were leaving. The reason no one left is because their dog of a drug got axed.

Has anyone actually accepted a position as a derm expansion rep? Or are rumors of the cancellation of derm expansion true?

I’ve signed offer and continued with the onboarding process. Guess I’m technically backfill for pso since the existing pso gal is going to launch Rinvoq

Too show you how bad things have gotten, I am now interviewing for one of these roles. I was Celgene original dermatology and that gig ruined everything for me: performance culture, >$100k bonus every year, DMs and Regionals who got it, President's Award Trips that got me out early and kept me out late, they just had everything.

Amgen has ruined all that. They have a great 401k match that is crippled by an activity first culture, a complete lack of performance focus, and social engineering every week. They even have teams or PODS like it is 1995. No accountability and no one cares because they don't pay much bonus. Everyone spends >10 hours a week on teleconferences.

Never thought I come to a sick place like Abbvie, but looks like I'll do it.

hate to break it to you, but AbbVie is all that and more. Amgen has a better culture by far

10k raise on my base- 160k to 170k. My RSU vested at Novartis and we can't do speaker programs so no reason to stay! The other guys all got raises too but I didn't ask the exact amount. I assume we were all making about the same. UCB was also courting many of us. They couldn't go that high on base so I dropped out of the process. They have the better drug IMO.
