Because 4 Billion isn’t enough money for a childless 85 year old? I’m so glad that I can make his life a little easier. He so does need his money more than those pesky CKD patients. Why, the audacity to think a rational pricing model that is not dependent on 501c3 funds is a good thing! Why, his 737 may not receive new art work this year!

The solutions are self evident but no one can challenge the octogenarian and expect to not get fired. Patty wants to keep her job and will go through the process of bringing hell fire down on the sales force because that at least gives the appearance of trying to manage the issue. Meanwhile the death by a thousand cuts continues.
