Is that right, Patty? Many of us earned bonus, but you made the IC Plan quite unattainable for the majority to not get paid a bonus.

Probably because Patty did not get a bonus either. Misery loves company. History is repeating itself. Frost doesn’t pay his NSD’s a bonus- they are not revenue generators.

Ya’ think the same people who could write such great plans are otherwise just lazy or unskilled at executing them? Huh? Maybe we just need more motivational quotes which I see are up to 2 or 3 per worthless weekly performance update.

You all are giving her way to much credit. Why, of course, she will say ANYTHING to get us moving. Her fat rear end is probably on the line too. Not to mention, Patty did not receive a bonus for all of her hard work and motivational quotes.

What other companies do their previous year’s performance appraisals 5-6 months later? And for what? Merits have already been given (mostly not); there is no promotion to senior; those that want to leave (which are all) have already or are trying like hell! So why? Oh, btw, how was yours?

Increased employee turnover rate
Implemented metrics for the entire sales team to increase frustration
Instituted Socratic Selling for additional useless time out of the territory
Insisted that motivational quotes were motivating

Her overall rating was needs improvement and there was no merit increases because she was given an increase when she was hired.

She has exhausted all available excuses for her poor performance: COVID, Foundation, RSM insubordination, etc. She has caused severe disappointment and lack of engagement from the sales force. Many have left, and those who are still here are still here only for the pay, the customers and their patients. I’m one of those who merely tolerates the toxic culture. One of these days....
 






Let’s not forget Factor 8! This NSD has not made goal since she was hired. She has exhausted all available excuses for her poor performance: COVID, Foundation, RSM insubordination, etc. She has caused severe disappointment and lack of engagement from the sales force. Many have left, and those who are still here are still here only for the pay, the customers and their patients. I’m one of those who merely tolerates the toxic culture. One of these days....

It is obvious that she takes the prize for the worst NSD in OPKO history.
