Struggle to get a doc to write and then have it end up in PAP or even worse, have it denied on PAP and the doc ends up being pissed because the patient has gone without therapy for six weeks and we have wasted the time of the staff that had to deal with OC. That Patty, is why refills and NBRX’s are plummeting. Physician fatigue.

She has had over a year. Plenty of time to tackle the alleged “lack of skill”. Time for passing the buck has passed and time for her to own this cesspool.

Obvious what is happening. Vifor is waiting in the wings. A handful, meaning maybe three, will make some life changing cash when the change happens. The rest of us will get chump change.

My manager doesn’t do anything so it is very fitting that he doesn’t collect a bonus. As for the rest of the salesforce, how can we do anything to sell this product with the reimbursement in the horrible shape that it is. Hope that you too, Patty are working without any bonus. That is standard as Frost doesn’t like to compensate his NSD’s. Just ask your predecessors.

Frost is alive and well. He is not the company CEO; he is Chairman of the Board as well as the company proprietor. He is not obligated to address a peon like you. Focus your anger and frustration on the NSD, if you’re in Renal.

I had not heard the source of today’s quote, Napoleon Hill, so I looked him up.

Quite appropriate for a co. like OPKO led by a huckster like Frosty.
