DN is on a serious power trip. Look at the cronies he has surrounded himself with and now all the way up to Mason. It is embarrassing to see if LS or AK is going to be first to post in a Trams chat to suck up to leadership....or the lack there of
I heard DN is legit crazy train. AK was a rep like 5 minutes ago. Just goes to show if you kiss enough ass you can absolutely get your way to the top!
 








The only thing lilly does well is reorg and change. Our leaders are so lacking in vision and strategic thought. Rather than hold them accountable for their collective terrible decisions, we kiss their asses and let them continue to make horrible decisions because most of them never should have been in a role of that magnitude

So true. The worst part is most of the hot trans are in Thailand or Brazil. Not many openings there.
 




























Diabetes Spec Reps are such a waste. Just let the PC reps call on the handful of Endos in each territory for TR, JR & eventually TZ. The endos & PCP influence & affect each other anyway

Well the pay isn’t great. Bonus is only $6k each quarter and capped at 120%. And half of your quarterly bonus is based off your district’s performance. So you only control $3k of your bonus each quarter.

We have had a very high turnover rate due to much better pay at other companies.

It could be due to a bad manager in your area too though. What area are you in?

I am sure that's Lilly's long-term plan...why else do they ONLY hire diverse, college graduates with NO experience and pay them very little....I am sure the goal is to replace the over paid, experienced, white spec reps...they just need the spec reps that know what they are doing to launch their blockbuster before kicking them out

there would be too many lawsuits for discrimination if they laid off their inexperienced, diverse, young, PCP sales force
 




I’m surprised you all are in biads and then have a “Specialty” rep in addition to the territory… this is crazy! One rep per territory is all that is needed.

even better, Lilly has 3 Spec Reps in endo (connected care...does NOTHING, no products to sell or device, might get 10 RX a month of their Lyumjev...joke!) and now they are hiring a contract sales spec rep to promote J....so 4 Lilly Spec Reps in the limited access endo office.... INSANE...

should have given Jardiance to the Spec 2's that have NO products to promote or device...they are the biggest joke at Lilly

This company has lost its Got Dayum mind.

You don’t even want to know how much they are paying some of the reps they are bringing in because they are so desperate for somebody to take the job.
If other internal reps had any idea how much less they are getting paid for all their years of service versus the outside candidates then their would be a revolt.

Lilly has gone down in flames faster than any company I’ve ever witnessed
