Why? It can be done virtually! It’s summer. Kids are off school and people have vacations planned! Nobody wants to get together to see others! Stop with the antiquated crap! Also- I don’t think anyone wants to do skits or role playing in front of the group!!! We are adults here and I didn’t sign up to participate in your acting workshops! It’s humiliating and we all hate it! Seriously the worst culture here! Do you ever ask the reps their opinion on what is beneficial to our business? Never.

Remember Novartis doesn’t care about their reps. So why would their opinion matter?

They refuse to evolve. It’s the only playbook that they know. Too many people on the take and no one wants to rock the boat. Novartis will never accomplish anything with this level of ignorance. Find the right opportunity and get out as soon as you can.
 




Yes, summer pocket is coming. Get ready to show us your acting skills! When we say action we need to see you perform. Will have snacks on the team tables for you to enjoy too... see you soon babies!!!

The only thing Novartis learned from COVID is they could get out of their contract sales arrangement a little early.
They clearly did not get the message that TEAMS meetings save money, get reps back in the field faster and help achieve their (alleged) goal of carbon neutrality by 2030.
The complete unwillingness to evolve is a head-scratcher.
I think everyone knows that the primary reason for these meetings is to give management an excuse to get away from their families, but it seems like the shareholders wouldn't want to underwrite their spousal issues.

Name any other industry where reps role play for 4 days. Name any other industry where the manger follows the rep around. For 2 days every month 12 times a year. Except for the ipad this industry is still stuck in 1980.

You must be a useless ABL. Most ABL's don't coach they come out to check a box. Because Novartis makes them be in the field 4 days a week.
