The ride-a-long issue most vexing for me are the misnamed 'coaching' reports...seemingly representative of manager's perceived reality, unmatched with actual experience over 2 days. He'll inaccurately recount conversations, fail to mention the context in which they occurred, or include those occurring months ago. Moreover, he'll write that I 'agreed' to everything he's writing. More frustrating is my inability to comment on his inaccuracies. Much of what he says is his perception of conversations, without justification or examples. Finally, my Entresto numbers are the highest in our area, leading me to assume he's just an insecure asshole past his prime, frustrated he's still an ABL after years of being denied promotions. Perhaps this next round of layoffs will take me out, and knowing Novartis they'll likely keep this head nodding bozo.
